The Electronic Security business has an opportunity for an experienced Security Technician reporting to the WA Field Manager.
As part of a specialist installation team focused on quality, you will be working on electronic security systems for prestigious commercial clients.
This role will ideally suit someone with previous experience in security systems, with relevant Trade or qualifications. Good communications skills, customer service focus, Security and ACA Licence are essential. Networking and programming skills are critical to the success of this position. Ideally you will be Cardax certified, with Tecom accreditation.
What are you responsible for?
- System programming and commissioning
- Project documentation
- Training of clients and users
- Project engineering and system design
- Customer satisfaction
- Problem solving
- Maximising additional revenue opportunities
- Working safely and in accordance with Chubb OHS Policy
What do you need?
- Working knowledge of security systems
- Ability to create and modify security system drawings and documentation
- Ability to train clients and trainees in security systems
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Ability to competently lead a small team
- Results oriented
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and capable of working to strict deadlines
- Ability to work without supervision
- Excellent communication skills both oral and verbal
This role will ideally suit someone with previous experience in security systems, with relevant qualifications. Good communications skills, customer service focus would be highly regarded.
