We currently have a vacancy for a Social Worker in the vacancies for Social Worker in Auckland (including Westgate and Pukekohe).To be considered you will need to have a level 7 Social Work qualification that is recognised by the Social Work Registration Board, and show us you are truly passionate about Children and Young People.

The role of Social Worker is varied and rewarding, and you’ll be part of a supportive team who are fully committed to achieving positive change for the children, young people and their families in this community.
As a Child, Youth and Family social worker, you’ll work with other social services, agencies and providers to ensure the needs of the child or young person and their family are fully met.
The successful applicant will also be able to demonstrate:
  • Well developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in culturally appropriate ways
  • An ability to exercise sound judgment in challenging situations
  • Resilience
  • Good computer skills
  • Acurrent drivers license
  • Effective planning and time management skills
