This is an exciting time to be joining our residential service as we move towards a more flexible approach to providing housing and support services.Key components of the role are to:
- Lead, develop and motivate a team of service delivery staff to deliver quality service,
- Be key liaison point for clinical services in regard to all aspects of service delivery,
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment is provided to our clients
- Develop strong working relationships with people, their family/Whanau, clinical services and community resources,
- Have an understanding of the current issues facing people experiencing mental illness, including co-existing problems,
- Be committed to improving outcomes for our clients.
You will:
- Be passionate about advocating for our clients,
- Be committed to a Strengths philosophy
- Have demonstrated leadership and management skills,
- Have excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
You will be a Mental Health Professional and hold a relevant qualification with at least 3 years work experience in mental health and be passionate about recovery. It is essential that you hold a full clean drivers licence and a clean police record. We welcome applications from people with lived experience.
