We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Quality Managerwho willproactively lead and coordinate the operational effectiveness ofclient centric, quality management systems and processesthroughout New Zealand and Australia.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible forrecommending, organising, developing and implementing quality objectivesin order tosupport the Strategic Business Plan, maintain the organisation‘s certification to AS/NZS ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems standard, work alongside theinternal and externalclients to support theiradherence toquality initiatives,play an influential role in coaching others to optimise performance standards, generating reports for the Boardof Directors andheading the audit programmesto minimise operational and project risks.
You will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline or alternatively,have extensive experience in Quality Assuranceat a Management or Advisory level. Your ability to lead and take ownership of this critical function and operate from a partnership approach with like minded professionals, will be a given.
