We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mental Health Nurse Leader who is seeking a challenge and opportunity to influence and shape acute mental health services in Tairawhiti.This position exists to provide clinical leadership and management to the Adult Acute Mental Health Service to assure the safe and efficient provision of clinical care. Your focus will be on leading a recovery based service that ensures clients needs are met in a coordinated and timely manner. To be successful in this position it is essential that you are a registered nurse with a current practising certificate. You will bring to this role a minimum of 5 years Mental Health experience in a senior role, excellent communication and team building skills and the proven ability to manage a busy multidisciplinary environment.
