Were New Zealands leading Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) company, specialising in helping our clients ranking highly not only here in NZ, but also internationally. We also own and manage a number of high ranking sites and need someone who can help with both aspects of the business.
Now that weve grown our client base to a sizable level, we need to add someone to our team who can design websites, improve website conversion, communicate with SEO clients and write persuasive copy.
The ideal person for this role:
?1. Has a keen eye for web designs that convert well into enquiries and orders?2. Can write persuasive sales copy?3. Can communicate well with clients, typically business owners and website designs using Photoshop?5. Can edit video and turn them into videos that sell online?6. Is keen to learn the answers to all the tricky SEO questions clients will ask about their websites?7. Is highly competent with either the Joomla! or WordPress content management systems?8. Can fix any teething issues and glitches with our sites by identifying potential problems?9. Can continually improve our websites from a conversion and online marketing perspective, modifying the site to maximise sales and reduce cart abandonment, or visitors leaving the website.?10. Takes the initiative and manages their own workload without a lot of direct supervision
And, above all, you are motivated to keep clients happy and exceed their expectations.
Heres an example of what youll be doing:
?1. Replying to clients questions about SEO?2. Updating clients on the SEO campaigns every month?3. Taking a high ranking site that is old and tired, then redesigning it to a high converting, trustworthy and aesthetically pleasing design.?4. Taking a video testimonial from a SEO client, then edit and upload the video to YouTube before posting on our website?5. Writing case studies of our clients SEO campaigns, discussing the results, client feedback that persuades and informs our website visitors?6. Contribute to our monthly SEO newsletter with an insightful SEO strategy for our readers to use.
This role will expand and grow dependant on your ambition to grow in stature and responsibility within the company.
