As the Nurse Manager, you will use your leadership skills to head the team, motivating and mentoring them to provide exceptional care for the people in their charge. Your excellent communication skills will see you rallying the team and keeping residents, families and external health providers up to speed.
As a professional, you will work to achieve high standards of clinical practice, Health and Safety as well as risk management to ensure compliance. Organisation and planning will come naturally to you to ensure the smooth running of the clinical aspects of the facility. You will have a strong back ground in aged care or have worked at a managerial level previously.
