We have a unique opportunity to join our Planning and Performance team that supports senior leaders in the Immigration Group as an Advisor Planning and Performance.
As one of four people collocated in the Immigration Group you will provide inputs to the Groups planning, reporting and accountability processes. Ultimately you will help the Group to plan for improved customer service and performance improvement.
To be successful in this role it is important you have experience in and knowledge of government accountability processes, reporting processes and business planning and
performance reporting frameworks.
You will also need you to demonstrate a flair for innovation and new approaches, an ability to present well focused analysis of information and summary of options for decision making, good judgment and discretion, excellent writing skills and time management, proven problem solving, communication and relationships skills.
All of the above will enable you to successfully work across the Group and the Department.
