The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) is a Crown Entity that works to improve New Zealanders’ energy choices in business, in the home and on the road.We are currently looking for an Advisor Information Services to join our Residential Delivery team. EECA’s Residential Delivery team helps to improve energy efficiency in homes by providing advice, information and incentives.The role is responsible for customer service relationship management and frontline information services to homeowners and organisations about EECA’s Residential programmes and to administer and manage enquiries from the public. The scope of services provided includes complaint management as well as direct referral to Service Providers and/or third party funders.The key skills you will need to help you are:
- Conflict Management and strategies to manage aggressive callers
- Problem solving
- Time management
- Positive orientation: proactive, can-do attitude to issues and solutions.
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to operate under stress with calmness and good humour.
