As our new Team Leader you will be managing a team ofeight staff. You will be ambitious and thrive on providing great customer service and helping your team to achieve its goals.
By trade and nature, your Team Leader style is pro-active rather than re-active and in doing so you can facilitate multiple functions across diverse work groups and actively manage a changing business environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of multi-skilled people.
- Ensuring workflow is regulated and tasks and goals are met.
- Relationship management across many groups.
- Reviewing/analysing reports and communicating to staff.
- Process management.
- Commitment to best practice processesand continuous improvement culture.
When youre leading the team youll be largely managing workflow, making sure tasks are handled in the appropriate manner and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. This is where your excellent time management and communication skills (both verbal and written) come into play. As part of a wider Customer Support Team you will be responsible for supporting the provisioning of business products and services and driving outstanding customer service by ensuring the products and services sold to Business customers meet their needs and service expectations.
