Regional Facilities Auckland is one of Auckland Councils Council Controlled Organisations. We own and operate a group of venues and collections that are part of making Auckland Live. Are you a natural when it comes to improving business performance and building effective relationships? Do you have proven experience in writing business cases and managing work from initiation through to closure?

As a member of the Business Support Team you will be given the autonomy, diversity and huge scope to develop this role, make an impact and contribute to the improvement of the business performance of the RFA. This role is focused on analysing and implementing new initiatives for Mt Smart Stadium, home of the New Zealand Warriors and host to major international concert and festival events and the wider group.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of these initiatives through the development of business cases, analysis of current processes and implementation of business improvements, planning, board reporting, project management, risk and quality assurance and proactively building strong internal and external relationships.

If you have expertise in a similar industry where there are peaks and troughs to be managed, and have proven experience in business reporting and analysis, then here is your chance to get involved.

You will be a problem solver; the ability to think outside the square is second nature to you as are your influencing skills when you need to get buy in from key stakeholders. You meet tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail, are very proactive and have outstanding relationship and communication skills working closely with senior executives, stakeholders and third parties.
