Our client, a leading trustee company is looking to appoint an outstanding solicitor. This exciting newly created position will see you providing hands on technical support in estate planning to their front line office teams. Along with specific file administration you will also support the wider day to day activities within the national services team. The head of the Legal team is based in Christchurch and your reporting line will be to the Head of Trust Services based in Auckland.
The ideal candidate will currently either be working in a law firm doing in estate planning or come from another trust environment and be looking for your next challenge.
You will have 5 years relevant work experience, be LLB qualified and have a strong working knowledge in the operational aspects relating to trusts, companies and estates.
This role will suit someone who is focused on providing service excellence at all times and who wants to be part of a strong, positive supportive team.
This role will require someone with impressive relationship skills who can deliver structured solutions to clients that will result in business growth. You will be confident of your ability to be the eyes and ears for the frontline staff and delivering a robust quality service to clients.
