Cubic Consulting is currently looking for an experienced Change Specialist / Manager to work on a large SAP implementation project.
In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Stakeholder Engagement & Management
- Communications
- Impact documentation
- Identify change networks
- Identify and assess the readiness criteria
Personally youthrive in challenging environments, are a team player, with excellent listening and influencing skills.
This role suits Change Practitioners with a few years experience within complex SAP implementation or upgrade projects and understands how to manage the impacts on the people side of change.
