As it’s a new role, there will be scope to make the role your own. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Canterbury Earthquake Administration Team to ensure a fast, cost effective and customer focused claim and service process.You will have strong previous experience within the insurance industry. In your role as Team Leader, you will be motivating and managing this team to ensure that claims targets and objectives are achieved. Workflow management will also be a key responsibility, to enable maximum efficiency in the delivery of the claims service.The successful applicant will have experience in a fast paced, telephone based claims environment. Proven experience with coaching and providing effective feedback is essential. You will be able to use your excellent relationship management skills to build effective relationships within Vero as well as with external stakeholders. You will be experienced in leading a team where your focus is on developing staff.
