VTNZ is the leader in independent vehicle inspections.
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Station Supervisor to help lead the operational activities of our Jipcho Road testing station.
Acting as the Station Managers right hand person you will need to be an engaged leader to the team at Jipcho Road. You will have strong people management skills as well as strong technical skills. You would need above average computer ability and be able to deal with pressure in one of the companys biggest and busiest stations.
Customer Service is a high priority at Jipcho Road so you will need to be able to lead this team to delight our customers as well as having fun along the way, while of course helping to achieve financial targets and delivering excellence! Come on we know youre up for the challenge!
If youre the successful applicant, you will have:
The ability to move into a leadership role and step up to provide back up for the Station Manager as required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The desire to learn and develop skills in business financials, plans and targets
The ability to obtain your CoF B authority
