Position available for an experienced Marketing Manager in large hospitality management company that owns a portfolio of hospitality brands.The role is within one of New Zealand’s largest hospitality groups who specialise in the management of multiple hospitality business concepts. The brands you manage are integral to the growth of the business and you will be responsible for the development of three new hospitality concepts in Auckland in addition to an existing brand, which has potential for international expansion.You will be responsible for initiating, implementing, overseeing and reporting on marketing strategy for the brands you manage and will be a senior member of the Marketing team. You will have excellent written communication skills, be able to prepare and present reports to general managers and be capable of writing internal communication to customers.Experience in campaign management is essential, from creating briefs to managing the creative process.You will have great people skills, be team-focused, and have an ability to work in with general managers at ground level. A good understanding of the hospitality or service industry is desirable, as is an ability to manage a variety of different marketing initiatives across several different brands.You will have experience in creating and delivering marketing strategy, be well organised, demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving and look to maximise the outcomes of the campaigns that you execute. Ideally you will have 3-5 years experience in a Marketing Manager role and work well under pressure.The successful candidate will be working with a team of 4 others, including the Marketing Director, to whom he or she will directly report.If this sounds like you, please email your CV and a brief covering letter today.
