- 5 years commercial experience
- Strong technical skills across different technologies including ASP.Net 4, AJAX, Silverlight, WCF, Third party controls, Dev Express and older technologies like .Net 1/2/3
- Tertiary qualified in IT
- Demonstrated ability to estimate and scope new projects
- Ability to work independently as well as provide leadership to the team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
