That is where you come in!We’re looking for two Team Leaders who thrive in a highly visible and respected environment, and who can effectively lead and support teams of approx 12 staff, in a technical service desk.The Service Desk Teams are responsible for first level resolution of client calls and as the Team Lead you will be comfortable in working within an IT environment and be able to effectively interface with technical teams. The variety of clients makes this an interesting and challenging role. You will be in a prime position to influence the delivery of outstanding service and to challenge and motivate your team of Service Desk Analysts or Incident Management Analysts.To be successful in either of these positions you will need to have:
- A proven track record within a service desk environment
- Good knowledge across Desktop Support, IP Telephony and Microsoft
- The ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills and management ability.
