Working In the heart of Wellington CBD this role will see you take on alead BA position with a client that truly offers a great environment, team and challenging work.
In addition to the standard BA functions and responsibilities, we are looking for a Senior BA who cancome in and lead indirectly the BA resourcesmy client has on-board.
You will also ensure thatmy client isapproaching things consistently from a requirements management and gathering perspective, and ensuringthey have the right level of BA resource across the portfolio.
Your initial focus will also include –
- Putting in place a fit for purpose BA framework and approach, this will be primarily around requirements management, business analysis and integration with the project delivery approach and testing strategy.
- Recruiting a junior BA from within the Business.
- Leading the BI programme of work from a business analysis perspective.
As the successful applicant, you will be a seasoned BA with a solid skill-set and experience to draw from.
A relevant tertiary education is preferable (or IIBA), and strong SDLCand experience with multiple methodologies (Agile, RUP, Waterfall) is must.
