Working closely with their global strategic partner and internal practices; and reporting to the National Manager – Client Development, your duties will include:
- Being primarily responsible for Business Development, in particular, outsourcing
- Managing, and where appropriate leading the bid process for key opportunities
- Managing business plans, account plans and financial targets
- Ensuring efficient and mutually profitable pricing proposals
You will ideally possess the following experience:
- Demonstrated experience in winning IT outsourcing arrangements
- Strong New Zealand Public Sector experience (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience in putting together large RFP responses to Government tenders
- Financial Management skills
- Excellent business development skills; hunter more than a farmer
- Good understanding of Public Sector decision-making processes and political implications
- Strong relationship management, conflict management and negotiation skills
- High integrity and professional standards
