Our client is a major national organisation who is currently seeking an experienced in-house Human Resource practitioner to join their motivated and well resourced HR team.
In this role you will be delivering best practice advice across a range of generalist HR functions to all levels of management nationwide. Your existing consulting skills and wealth of experience in Employee Relations will be well valued and utilised. You will also be involved in projects aligned with company strategy that will extend your existing skill set and provide you with variety and stretch, while working within a supportive team orientated structure.
To be successful in this role you will already possess a successful HR generalist career and will have strong employee relations experience. You will have first class communication skills enabling you to develop positive relationships and influencethroughout the organisation. You will be highly self-motivated and practical with a continual focus on developing quality improvements in service delivery.
