We have a wonderful opportunity for you to be an Advisor, Service Design in our Business Process and Innovation Division.
This position is about on going business improvement where you will play an integral part in developing and monitoring operational policies and making recommendations as to how we can improve our procedures and service.
Day to day youll analyse issues and data to determine the possible delivery and implementation impacts of our work. Youll also collaborate with people across the business to understand how things are done and to identify new ways of working so we can maximise our outcomes.
To excel in this role you will need an understanding of process improvement methodologies and knowledge of effective service delivery models and service excellence principals. You will have natural strategic thinking ability and be comfortable testing out your ideas and innovations in order to help improve our operational performance.
You will be a positive person, have an inquisitive mind, interested in collaborating and engaging with others and have a passion for making processes better. Plus, you will need to be good at report writing!
