What you will do:
As part of the Motor Claims team, which is very customer focused, you will review claims and make sure debts are recovered in a timely manner from third parties or their insurance companies. You will monitor all overdue accounts, negotiate repayments and also attend Disputes Tribunals when required.
You will need:
- Domestic motor claims experience
- Enthusiasm and passion for what you do
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethics and a real customer focus
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- The ability to “add value” and be a team player
