The Manager Online Content will lead our talented online content team to provide excellent customer service ensuring our websites, knowledgebases and intranets facilitate customer self-service and meet the needs of our users. In this role you will have a real focus on coaching and mentoring to maintain an inspired, engaged and motivated team. Key to your success will be your relationship building and internal stakeholder management. You will be involved from a project management perspective on all projects relating to online content. There will also be a strategic component to your role, you will strategically shape content and ensure web best practice.
Bring your proven leadership skills with you as we are looking for three to five years experience managing a large team. You will have great communication skills and come from a writing/editing background. A high level of organisational skills are required coupled with great time management and prioritisation skills. An awareness ofdigital trends and an understanding of New Zealand government web standards is required. Exposure to knowledgebases preferred. To top it all off you will need to have a genuine customer centric approach!
