We now have a rare opportunity for an experienced in-house recruitment consultant to join us, based in our offices in Wellington.Youll be involved in the complete recruitment cycle from internal client briefings to preparing the offer letter and employment agreement. Reporting to the ANZ HR Manager, youll work on a diverse portfolio including the recruitment of senior business leaders, technical specialists, graduates and administration staff. Youll be actively involved in implementing innovative and successful ways of sourcing scarce candidates and not be daunted by global recruitment tools and systems. Some travel will be required.We need someone who can work autonomously, develop relationships remotely but still work collaboratively as part of the ANZ HR team. Youll have at least 7 years previous in-house recruitment experience, preferably within a large organization. Provision of high service levels to internal clients is essential, plus a professional and consultative approach throughout your work.
