We are looking for an experienced Claims Advisor to join our team for a two month period (Fixed-term contract).
- Do you have experience in assessing medical insurance claims?
- Do you have excellent analytical skills?
We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary advisor to join our Health and Life team for two months in order to cover parental leave.Your main responsibility is to assess the claim against the terms of the policy and inform clients the decision accordingly. You will take inbound calls and make outbound calls to gather information from customers and health professionals in relation to claims.To be successful in this role you’ll need outstanding customer service skills and great general administration skills including accurate alpha and numeric data entry. You’ll need excellent written and spoken English.You must have sound judgement and recognise when enquiries should be escalated to your team leader. You’ll have an eye for detail, be highly responsive, and have an outstanding attitude.
