Our company is growing at a rapid pace and we are in the need of another great secretary to join our very busy admin team.This busy role involves supporting several building surveyors with a variety of day to day secretarial tasks.Tasks include: typing, dictaphone, filing, collating reports, photocopying, emails, diary management, photo reports and other day to day tasks involved in supporting very busy staff members.We are looking for someone with an excellent work ethic, great typing and office skills, great presentation, excellent spelling and grammar and a friendly personality.We are a growing company of 27 staff, so the ability to turn your hand to several tasks at once is vital.Immediate start preferred.Please send your resume to lynn@alexander.co.nz
