You will have prior experiencesupporting Xenapp Citrix farms,published applications and published desktop. You will have a deep understanding ofenterpriseCitrix environments and excellent troubleshooting skills
You will be required tomentor full time staff to support the environment ongoing and provide end user support. Soyour communication and documentation skills must be top notch.
The farmcaters for multiple countries, so experience withWindows 2008 AD,group policies, language packs,multiple time-zones andregional settingsare a minimum requirement.
Any experience with VPX’s and branch repeaters would be advantageous.
Unless you have prior experience in a production environment, supporting Xen App you will not be considered.
