Our client is a leader in the banking market who has been in the business since 1891.
The Inbound Sales & Lending team is growing and they are looking for highly engergetic, experienced, motivated and results orientated sales staff to be part of their team!
In this division you will be using your sales knowledge and problem solving skills to find the right banking solutions for your customers. You will have:
- Strong sales experience, meeting structured KPI’s
- Superior communication skills
- Ambition and determination to succeed
- Ability to combine Sales and Service!
- Stable work history – preferably a minimum of one year in each employer
This role offers comprehensive training where you will have the opportunity to learn all about the company values, ideas and procedures.
You will be working rostered shifts between Monday and Saturday between 8am – 8pm, so flexibility is essential.
