Our client is currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on a newly created role to train their staff on the use of their systems. Initially they will be required to design and deliver training on Microsoft Office 2003 & 2007, SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Our client is also planning a number of system upgrades in the next 12 months and the work requirement will be to provide supporting training to maximize the use of the upgraded software for Microsoft Office 2010.You will be a key part of the Learning and Development Team but will also work closely with the ICT Department. Technically you will need thorough knowledge of the Microsoft stack with prior experience of training users on both SharePoint and Dynamics CRM.
