Reporting to the Manager HR Services, this is an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced employment law professional to step up to the challenge of performing in a significant role.
The Principal Adviser, Employment Law leads a small team of employment law advisers to ensure the provision of in-house employment law advice to HR advisers and managers as required, and will case manage complex or high profile cases.
Working closely with Regional HR managers and staff, you will also assist in lifting employment relations capability, particularly in the areas of employment related investigations and mediations.
If you have demonstrated employment law advisory experience at a senior level, have managed a small team, and can communicate and present with confidence, this could be the ideal role for you.
