National Building Merchant seeking experienced Trade Account Manager urgently.
We are looking for a go getter who has a very good understanding of general building products and Frame and Truss.
We are looking for a hunter, someone with drive and determination to succeed and not scared to ask for the order.
If you enjoy negotiating large deals then this role is for you!
This role requires a level oftechnicalability and a high level of knowledge of various building materials is needed.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to develop strong business relationships and ability to grow business and protect margin.
Key Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Trade Account Manager
- Full understanding of Building Products and F&T
- Proven track record in increasing sales
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to readplans
The role:
- Developing current customer base
- Develop new business from cold calling
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing client base
- Maximise full margin potential
- Bring in the plans and open new accounts
- High priority in outstanding customer service.
