As the Quality Assurance Manager you will champion quality across all New Zealand offices, and be the point of contact for quality audits and compliance reviews.
Working closely with the Chief Executive and Regional Quality Officer you will actively promote the culture of quality within URS, ensuring a consistently high standard of quality management for all client projects. In this role you will also be responsible for educating URS employees on all aspects of quality management, developing and recommending training programmes and running the Quality Management induction programme.
You will be passionate about quality management with sound knowledge and understanding of quality management systems. Educated to degree level, or equivalent, in a related discipline you will have experience operating in a professional services environment (ideally engineering or related) delivering quality management activities that involve producing excellent client deliverables.
