We have an exciting opportunity for experienced community support workers who would like to work as part of our integrated community support team. We will provide you with the necessary support to achieve the required NZQA qualifications and you will demonstrate a willingness to develop your skills and competencies for the role. You will work within a professional team of community nurses and support workers in a highly supportive environment.
Qualifications and Experience
