A small, friendly Insurance Assessing company based in Penrose needs a bright and enthusiastic Part-Time Admin Support person (possibly moving into Full-Time in the future).
Using your previous experience, you will be answering incoming calls, sending e/mail reports and correspondence, dealing with the incoming and outgoing mail and handling all other ad hoc administration tasks. This fast paced environment will require you to multi-task and handle a high volume of calls and e/mails. You will display excellent communication skills and cope well under pressure.
You will require:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high degree of accuracy & great attention to detail
  • Be computer literate Word / Excel & Internet searches
  • Excellent and accurate typing skills 70+ an advantage
  • Demonstrate multi tasking abilities
  • Think outside the square
  • The ability to prioritise and think on your feet
  • Confidentiality is a must
6 HOURS A DAY, HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE , MONDAY – FRIDAY
