If youve had accounts receivable or contact centre experience (or both!), love working with people and finding solutions for others, but still have the confidence to stick to your guns when things get tough, then this is the role for you! Youll be dealing with overdue accounts not long standing debts, but maybe people who have just missed their first payment, and setting up payment plans if necessary.
To be successful you must have the following:
- Solid customer service experience preferably in a contact centre
- Ability to provide referee details from last two positions held
- Clear criminal and credit history
- Have NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Clear communication and conflict resolution
