We need a motivational leader to join us as the Manager of Go Caf, located in Baywave TECT Aquatic & Leisure Centre.
Reporting to the Programmes and Services Manager you will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the successful operation and profitability of the caf.
With a passion for providing excellentservice,coupled with yourbusiness acumen, you will ensure the caf operates to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include;

Staff management to ensure the team are motivated and operate as a cohesive unit

Roster development and payroll system data input
-
Planning and ordering of stock to ensure maximum sales and profitability

Supplier relationship management
To be successful in this position you must;
-
Be an inspirational team leader with the proven ability to manage staff
-
Have previous planning and budget management experience in a Caf environment
-
Have previous food supplier management experience
-
A Barista qualification is desirable
-
Be IT savvy with the ability to operate a variety of computer systems.
If you have relevant industry experience, the proven ability to work well as part of a team, and the flexibility to work shifts between 8:00am- 7:00pm during weekdays, and 9:00am-6:00pm during weekends, then we would love to hear from you. This position offers 30-40 hours per week.
