We are seeking an efficient Co-ordinator to provide support to our market research function, including overseeing a small on-call team of telephone interviewers.Working closely with the Market Researcher, customer focus, flexibility, concern for quality, eye for detail, and teamwork are integral to the success of this role. Your high level of integrity will ensure that you will work within the ethical guidelines outlined by the Market Research Society of NZ. This includes protecting the anonymity of survey respondents and managing confidentiality of data.You will be responsible for the recruitment and training of up to 12 Telephone Interviewers. Your passion for organising, training, and people, will ensure you build a highly effective telephone interviewing team.Key to this role will be your willingness to learn. Experience using MS office suite, especially Excel and Access would be an advantage, as would data entry skills.Market research and dairy industry knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential.
