We now have a vacancy based out of Christchurch for a Human Resources Advisor to provide generalist HR support and advice to our South Island based employees. This role reports to the HR Manager based in Auckland and will also provide support to the other members of the Auckland based team.
Some experienced preferred but we will consider applications from HR administrators looking for the next career move.
Dutiesinvolve the entire spectrum of HR tasks including advising managers on all matters related to managing people and performance; assisting hiring managers with theirrecruitment needplusHSE administrative supportfor our National Health and Safety system.
You will need good standard of written and oral communication, understanding of employment legislation and advanced computer literacy. Degree qualified candidates will be considered but isessential. More important is your ability to provide excellent internal customer service coupled with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
