Our Auckland office has a vacancy for a junior secretary looking to step into the legal world.This is the perfect opportunity for you to kick start your legal secretarial career in a supportive and stimulating environment.
Initially you will be partnered with one of our senior legal secretaries where you will receive extensive training that is second to none in the legal industry. You will then move into a role in the Commercial team where you will be supporting a partner, senior associate and a team of solicitors.
To be part of our highly regarded firm you will need strong computer and typing skills, good spelling and grammar coupled with a very high level of accuracy.Remember, if you haven’t had a wealth of experience you will be fully trained, however you will need to be extremely personable, disciplined and self-managing and possess an excellent work ethic.
