Bring together marketing, product, systems and people as you drive the project forward to define the processes, capability, training and resource channels for new or improved offerings. Working across the business youll influence and lead the initiative to deliver the optimal service experience for new customer propositions. With a focus on time and offer to market youll develop options for our product offerings, facilitating workshops to incorporate and mould the vision of differing teams. Design and implement change into contact centre and retail channels while ensuring technology capability supports the customer experience design. Utilising project management frameworks youll deliver the initiative to plan. Anticipate scenarios so that all customers enjoy a simple and effective service when taking up our product offerings.With a varied background youre an expert with process design and understand the principals of marketing and product lifecycles but itll be your effectiveness applying project management disciplines that will be most needed to launch the product on time. With a knack for anticipating potential road blocks you can deal with them before they escalate ensuring the channel solution is robust and economic. Auckland or Christchurch based youll report into the Service Design & Development Manager within our Retail business unit. With the customer experience always at the forefront, the Service Design and Development teams accountability lies in comprehensive analysis of market requirements and then designing and developing the process, tools, knowledge and people capability to ensure successful delivery to our channels. The team works on market initiatives that span across all customer segments and products and services.
