As a business it is committed to being a first class employer, which means commitment to the development of its staff, as well it’s brand in the NZ market.We have a brand new position for a very commercially astute HR Consutlant with proven analytical skills and strengths in HRIS, Remuneration & Benefits, and Payroll.Day to day you will be involved in a variety of work, being responsible for the development and implementation of a Rem & Bens framework that supports the strategic direction of the company. Hay job sizing and evaluation is also a focus, and you will be the lead for the company’s annual rem review process. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for the company’s HR information systems, including the analysis of data and reporting of the same. Payroll operations and management of payroll is a key aspect of the role, and you will be called upon to demonstrate your ability to spot issues and provide improvements to operating processes.The ability to build strong relationships within the business is key, as is accurate reporting and analysis of data at an advanced level.
