Closing 23/09/11Do you want to help make a difference to the Health workforce of Canterbury?Are you an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about education and adult learning?An exciting new position has been created to work across a partnership model which includes the Canterbury District Health Board, The University of Canterbury, University of Otago and The Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology.Based at the CDHB and reporting to the chair of the steering committee your job will be to effectively and efficiently work across a partnership model to ensure the design, development and deployment of the combined management and leadership curriculum for the health workforce in Canterbury.Our ideal applicant will have project planning and management experience preferably within the health or education sector and be able to demonstrate knowledge of pedagogy and adult learning requirements. You will have an understanding of the necessity to deploy flexible learning in the workplace and have demonstrated expertise in advanced project management.A confident communicator and team player, you will work hard to build strong relationships and provide excellent service to your internal clients to ensure the overall goal of workforce development and improving the health and well being of the people of Canterbury.Share with us your ability to take control of this position and make it your own.
