The Coffee House has reopened and we are busy busy busy.
One of our key team is shortly heading on maternity leave and this is your chance to join a passionate, friendly and committed team. This is a leadership role so you will need leadership experience.
You will need to bring:
- passion, energy and fun to work
- superior customer service skills
- superior cafe and/or restaurant experience ( minimum 3 years )
- a happy, positive approach
- a willingness to learn new skills and make the right decisions for the business
- experience in leading a team
- solid barista skills
- a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers
- a duty manager‘s cert preferable although not essential
