At State, when the phones ring in our claims call centre most of the time it means something unforeseen has happened to our customers – they’ve crashed the car, been burgled, or as is the case in recent months, they’ve been affected by earthquakes, storms or other natural disasters. So it’s our job to try and make a bad situation better the best way we can…and that’s where you come in.If a customer‘s called us it’s because something is important to them…and that means it’s important to us. That’s why we need you here to treat calls and claims with the level of respect and customer service they deserve. It’s here where your empathy, attention to detail and genuine desire to help people will kick in, as you help customers with all types of claims.So, doing this is good for our customers, and it’s also good for you! You wouldbe basedin our modern, low-rise offices in Addington, where we have an on-site cafeteria and plenty of space to chill-out at lunchtime! We will start you off on 31 October with four weeks of full-time training and beyond that your dedicated team leader and experienced colleagues will provide you with on-going support.
