You will have the ability to collect information from a variety of sources and in an agile way, turn it into a coherent set of business problems and stories that our development teams can use to create superior products, with continual input from you. As well as this you will be an adaptable, passionate and motivated self-start person who enjoys a dynamic environment and wants to make a difference. This will be a challenging role as this environment is constantly changing, this change can happen overnight.The person we are looking for will have:
- A positive attitude and know how to explain complex ideas in simple terms
- Skills necessary to promote conversations and ask hard questions to gather robust requirements
- The ability to develop relationships with a broad range of people, from techies to clinicians
- The ability to manage large amounts of information with elegance and clarity
- A strong understanding and belief in an agile approach to software development
- Workshop and facilitation experience
- The capability to view an application from the point of view of the user
- The experience to understand what information a software engineer needs to develop useful software
- Worked in agile software development
