A full-time, permanent Administrator Sales Support is required to join this dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced FMCG business.
This role has responsibility for the coordination and provision of administrative support to ensure that orders are processed, invoiced and delivered on time. Reception tasks in our Sales Office are also required.
The role is located in safe, single-story premises in Hornby, Christchurch.
Skills and attributes sought are:
Experience in general administration, sales order processing and/or basic accounting skills.
Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and Word, and familiarity with sales/inventory management systems.
A positive can do attitude including initiative and common sense.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.
Ability to learn new tasks quickly while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
The ability to manage workload in an efficient and effective manner and prioritise among competing tasks.
Good coping skills when under pressure
