NATIONAL STEELis a new entrant in the field of scrap metal recycling. The company’s vision is to actively contribute in country’s drive towards a sustainable environment by recycling metal waste. The company operationscomprise of receiving scrap from various sources and processing it through state-of-the-art, Metso Lindemann Shredder Plant that is capable ofshreddinga whole car body inminutes and turn it into a recyclable product.
The PLANT & MAINTENACE Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all preventative maintenance and repairs to rolling and stationary equipment and machinery including Fork Hoists, Loader, equipment, buildings and structures.
The incumbent will also be responsible for administering company’s safety programme and safety training for all employees assigned to the operation areas. The supervisor will participatein the consultative processes withthe management.
In addition to the above,he will also be provided an opportunityto DRIVE SHREDDER in absence of the Plant & Maintenance Manager. The applicant should have at least 1 years experience inbreakdown repair and preventive maintenanceroles.
