We are New Zealand’s leading distributor, marketer and exporter of premium fresh produce, and we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, career driven individual to join the team as a Stores & Warehousing Supervisor to lead and inspire our team in Tauranga. This is a busy role responsible for managing and leading the stores and warehousing team.The typical days and hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday 4:30am to 1:00pm. Due the nature of this industry some weekend work may be required.To be successful in this role our ideal candidate will need:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Top notch verbal and written communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Relates well, and works effectively with people of diverse backgrounds
- trong team player
- Good attention to detail
- Knowledge of distribution/logistics and quality assurance
- Forkhoist license
- Intermediate computer skills
