Key Responsibilities include:
- Supervise your section on a daily basis according to budget, business needs and statutory requirements
- Assist with training of all new team members via departmental Induction process
- Manage menus in line with customers and manager’s needs and expectation and ensure their satisfaction
- Assist with the maximisation of F&B revenue through effective food cost control
- Meeting all health and hygiene requirements
We are seeking someone with:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Ability to demonstrate creativity
- Ability to plan and organise
- Exceptional communication skills
- An abilityto supervise, train, motivate and develop a team
- A passion to learn and a drive to succeed in their career
